Hey! You need to fix the dsdt using this method. You may want to use one of the bios I published as a guideline.

I suggest resetting the bios to defaults then reinstalling windows in uefi mode. Disable secure boot just in case. I don’t believe asus ever cared about that notebook after I did.

The notebook is from a friend. I updated the BIOS to version 306 and after that Windows did not start any more. Then the problems began. I could no longer start with UEFI mode. I installed Windows 10 again, and Windows Update no longer installed the Video drivers, Intel 3000, or Nvidia. All the drivers I try to install conflict. I tried to install the original Windows 7 and download the drivers direct from the Asus website. Not so installed. Is there anything I can do? Is there a “307” version of this BIOS? If you can help me, I’ll be immensely grateful.
